Step 1

Consultation

Your floral journey begins with a free, introductory call to learn more about you, your event, and your vision. We’ll discuss broad themes like color palette, desired budget, and overall aesthetic before deep-diving into specific floral items you’d like included in your quote.

As we chat, we’ll offer advice and recommendations to ensure your quote is a perfect, customized fit. Perhaps there’s a unique characteristic about your venue we could enhance, an opportunity to repurpose items to maximize your budget, or specific centerpiece designs that are best suited for your guest count and room layout.

We’ll walk you step-by-step through personal flowers, ceremony flowers, and reception flowers to ensure every detail of your event has been accounted for.

Step 2

Proposal

After our phone call, we’ll get to work customizing a detailed floral proposal that includes your recommended design plan, itemized quote, contract, and payment options. We find that visuals and photos provide so much clarity between florist and client, so your proposal will be filled with images and digital mockups to communicate color palette, size and scale, and overall feel of your specific designs.

We’ll give you plenty of time to review the proposal and provide us feedback, making adjustments if needed until it’s truly the perfect fit. Once you’re ready to book, an e-signed contract and a 25% initial payment officially secures your date.

Details

Throughout your wedding planning process, your floral proposal is a fluid plan that can easily adjust as you fine-tune the remaining details of your event. Perhaps you add a few ladies to your bridal party, change the color of your table linens, have a decrease to your guest count, or want to add a new design element entirely. Reach out to us anytime with changes you need, and we’ll update your proposal in a timely fashion.

About six weeks prior to your wedding, we’ll connect on a follow-up call to finalize your designs, iron out any lingering logistical details, and ensure we’re completely squared away for your event.

Step 4

Our experienced team of designers will provide full-service setup and teardown for your event. We work quickly and efficiently in the background to ensure every aspect of the day is a seamless experience. Bouquets and personal flowers are delivered directly to your suite. Ceremony designs are completed before guest arrival for a dramatic first impression. Table centerpieces sit poised and candles lit as the doors to your reception open.

We’re experts at handling Colorado weather conditions that can affect your flowers - like strong direct sun or heavy winds - to ensure your outdoor ceremony goes off without a hitch. And at the end of the event, we return to collect all rentals and completely clear out the space.

LOCAL FLOWERS

Sourcing flowers from our local Colorado flower farms is always prioritized. Purchasing local supports fellow small business owners, promotes sustainable and organic growing practices, and also gives us greater access to unique flower varieties for your event that aren’t available elsewhere.

LUXURY CANDLES

If budget allows, we always recommend including candle rentals in your centerpiece designs for that finishing touch of elegance. We provide taper candles, pillar candles, and floating candles in a large selection of colors and styles, along with all coordinating accessories and glassware.

CURATED RENTALS

We’ll intentionally select decor for your event from our large inventory of vessels, vases, compotes, pedestals, arches, chuppahs, and candle accessories. We can also custom order specific pieces if we don’t have just what your event needs.

Drawing inspiration from nature, we specialize in designs that feel layered, whimsical, and a bit wild. We intentionally utilize varied blooms sizes and depths for texture, varied heights for a garden-like feel, and intentional use of asymmetry and negative space.
